Senior Salesforce Project Manager

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Senior Salesforce Project Manager on behalf of our client in Rockleigh NJ. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project management professional to lead a high-impact Salesforce implementation and integration initiative. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex Salesforce projects driving cross-functional collaboration and ensuring successful project execution in Agile environments.

• Lead end-to-end project execution ensuring project scope timelines budgets and deliverables are successfully achieved.
• Manage Salesforce implementation and integration initiatives involving business and technical teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning stand-ups retrospectives and backlog refinement.
• Coordinate project activities using Jira while maintaining project plans and tracking progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales Marketing Operations and Technology teams.
• Provide regular project updates executive-level presentations and status reporting.
• Identify assess and mitigate project risks issues and dependencies.
• Drive action items to completion while ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams.
• Support organizational change management and user adoption initiatives.
• Successfully manage multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic environment.

• 10 years of Project Management experience preferably within Agile environments.
• Proven experience managing Salesforce implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience using Jira for project management and delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize competing initiatives and adapt to changing business needs.

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of middleware and enterprise system integrations.
• Familiarity with organizational change management practices.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.

• Experienced leader with a strong background in enterprise Salesforce project delivery.
