About the Role:
Seeking a Senior Salesforce Project Manager to lead a strategic enterprise initiative involving Salesforce implementation middleware integration and back-office system integration. This highly visible role will partner with Marketing Sales Sales Operations Salesforce teams implementation partners and technical teams to ensure successful end-to-end delivery.

The ideal candidate will have strong Agile project management expertise Salesforce implementation experience excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Required:

• 10 years of Project Management experience
• Salesforce Project Management experience (Required)
• Enterprise Salesforce implementation experience
• Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Jira project management experience
• Salesforce ecosystem knowledge
• Executive stakeholder communication and presentation skills
• Cross-functional team leadership
• Risk Management and Dependency Management
• Change Management experience (ADKAR preferred)
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent enterprise initiatives

Skills:

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
• Middleware integration experience
• Enterprise system integration projects
• Sales Operations and CRM transformation experience
• PMP CSM or Agile certifications
