POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lead Salesforce Developer and Architect to join our dynamic transformation team. This role is focused on driving enterprise-grade solutions across Sales Cloud CPQ and custom applications for a key strategic initiative. The successful candidate will guide engineering practices establish architecture guardrails and ensure robust integrations across external applications.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud CPQ and custom applications.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
• Oversee integration with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Conduct code reviews performance tuning and enforce coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers QA and DevOps.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
The ideal candidate is a seasoned Technical Architect or Lead Developer with over a decade of deep Salesforce ecosystem experience specifically combining strong core development skills with expert-level CPQ and Billing knowledge. They must possess excellent communication skills to articulate architectural decisions to stakeholders and lead technical teams effectively. This individual thrives in fully remote highly collaborative corporate environments and values strict compliance performance optimization and clean code
