Youll receive qualified warm homeowner appointments (no cold calling or canvassing) and guide customers through an informed value-driven decision-making process. The Role & Why ItMatters

This is a B2C homeowner-facing sales role where your ability to connect educate and close directly impacts customer satisfaction and company success. Youll work hand-in-hand with our permitting production and installation teams to ensure every sale transitions seamlessly from proposal to completion. Your consultative approach will help customers make confident code-compliant choices that enhance their homes and safeguard their families.

Responsibilities

  • Close warm company-provided homeownerleads - no cold prospecting required.
  • Consult with customers on product options performance and code/impact requirements.
  • Measure accurately and document site conditions; signed measures are used for ordering. (Reorders due to mis-measure may be offset against commission.)

  • Prepare and present proposalsaligned with FWDS pricing and standards.
  • Follow up professionally with clients; obtain explicit consent before SMS/email communications.
  • Collaborate with operations and installation teams for smooth order handoffs.
  • Adhere to FWDSs compliant selling practices approved scopes and permitting rules - no guarantees beyond approved specifications.
  • Maintain timely CRM updates clear documentation and strong communication throughout the process.

  • Leads are allocated based on availability response time and performance. Unworked leads may be reassigned.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in in-home residential sales (windows doors or related building products preferred).
  • Ability to take accurate field measurements and prepare detailed scope notes.
  • CRM proficiency and confidence using digital proposaland follow-up tools.
  • Valid drivers licensereliable transportation and professional presentation.
  • Must provide own vehicle devices and tools. Branded materials are optional and provided for your use.

Willing to travel throughout Central Florida for homeowner consultations.

Compensation & Structure

10% Total Commission (Split Format): 50% paid upon submission of a complete signed order; 50% paid after installation is complete and the customers payment is received in full.

Typical first-year contractor earnings range: $150000-$200000 based on performance and lead flow. Leads are provided by FWDS. Optional self-sourced deals are welcome and paid under the same plan.
