Job Description

Responsible for the performance of both the inside and outside sales team.

Lead sales initiatives and implement sales strategies.

Provide technical support to sales reps

Organize regular sales and product training programs including webinars

Provide mentoring coaching and guidance to sales team

Maintain and manage CRM software.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration

Please Do Not Apply unless you have 5-10 years of business to business sales management experience.

Must have direct experience working for a company with a catalog of products (500)

Experience selling imprinted products is a plus.

Must have experience managing inside and outside sales teams

Direct experience managing a sales team of 10 sales reps

Must be willing to travel.

Excel and CRM experience is a MUST

Experience with Microsoft Navision Dynamics software is a plus
