Senior Sales Associate

The Opportunity

Are you a design-savvy sales professional with an eye for luxury and a heart for service We are expanding our team and seeking a talented high-energy Senior Sales Associate to join our Dallas this role you will represent a world-class portfolio of brands including Kravet Lee Jofa Brunschwig & Fils and Donghia.

Schedule: Monday Friday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Consultative Selling: Identify designer needs to suggest and sell curated product solutions across all categories (textiles furniture wallcoverings carpet and lighting).

• Inspirational Presentation: Present luxury products in a professional compelling and inspirational manner that aligns with each brands unique aesthetic.

• Account Management: Diligently follow up on open quotes and leads to maximize conversion and achieve showroom sales goals.

• Business Development: Conduct regular outreach to reactivate dormant accounts and identify new target customer groups to drive territory growth.

• Digital Excellence: Utilize our CRM and proprietary systems to log interactions manage order statuses and provide seamless customer service.

• Work with road reps on partnership accounts and closely with a small showroom team.

Qualifications

• Industry Expertise: Working experience or formal education in Interior Design is highly preferred.

• Sales Hunter Mentality: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals specifically in custom home design products (furniture carpet etc.).

• Relationship Builder: Natural ability to build long-term client trust and provide white-glove customer service.

• Tech-Fluent: Comfortable using CRM systems and digital platforms to manage a high-volume workflow.

• Organizational Mastery: Strong time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

We believe in rewarding proactive sales efforts and commitment to the brand. Our compensation package is designed to provide both stability and high earning potential.

• Annual Base Salary: $55000.00 $65000.00 (Paid hourly).

• Estimated Base with Commissions: $72000 per year.

• Plus quarterly bonus potential!
