Position Title: SENIOR SAFETY MANAGER
Salary: $125000 - $135000
Pay Grade: 16

TheSenior Safety Manageris responsible for developing implementing and overseeing health safety and environmental (HSE) programs to ensure compliance with company policies industry standards and regulatory requirements. This role promotes a strong safety culture across all operations worksites and field personnel while minimizing workplace risks and preventing incidents.
Location: Houston TX
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain company safety policies procedures and training programs.
- Conduct safety audits inspections and risk assessments at field and office locations.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA DOT EPA and other applicable regulations.
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Monitor contractor and employee compliance with safety requirements.
- Facilitate safety meetings toolbox talks and employee training sessions.
- Track and report safety metrics trends and performance indicators.
- Support emergency response planning and preparedness activities.
- Collaborate with operations and management teams to promote continuous safety improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Occupational Safety Environmental Science or a related field preferred.
- 5 years of safety management experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations HSE standards and industry best practices.
- Professional certifications such as CSP CHST or OHST preferred.
- Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel up to 75%to field locations and work in demanding operational environments.
