Senior Repair Manager

Your role at SIXT: 

• You oversee fleet maintenance in-fleeting and de-fleeting activities to ensure compliance with standards cost efficiency and timely execution 
• You manage vendor selection evaluation and coordination for maintenance body repair and other fleet-related services 
• You ensure adherence to policies best practices and quality standards through monitoring and inspections 
• You collaborate with Branch Operations Management and keep the Regional Fleet Manager informed of key performance indicators 
• You provide reports presentations and perform additional duties as assigned 

What youll need: 

• Experience and Education You have at least 2 years of management experience with fleet maintenance experience preferred. ASE certification and/or a bachelors degree is a plus 
• Technical and Organizational Skills You have a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance collision repair systems and components along with excellent organizational skills to multitask and work under pressure 
• Leadership and Decision-Making You possess strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and make independent decisions 
• Technology and Travel Requirements You are proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications can travel up to 20% (including air travel) and work a flexible schedule including day/evening shifts 
• Work Authorization and Age Requirement You are at least 21 years old authorized to work in the United States and able to work 40 hours per week
