Thales is hiring an experience Senior Renewals Representative that will lead with ambition and determination ensuring customer relationships remain strong and fruitful. You will be an integral part of a team driving world-class renewals processes and setting the standard for excellence in customer success.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Lead the strategic approach to account renewals identifying growth opportunities within the existing customer base.
Play a pivotal and proactive role in managing the Renewals teams pipeline ensuring a smooth renewal process and optimizing customer experiences.
Utilize your seasoned negotiation skills to engage with customers particularly at the senior executive level retaining their dedication to our services.
Mentor junior team members sharing your expertise and contributing to the overall success of the renewals team.
Innovate processes and strategies
Coordinate and contribute to the development of critical revenue-retention strategies collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve customer success.
Serve as an ambassador of the brand demonstrating leadership in crafting top-tier customer experiences.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business or Marketing or another related field of study or equivalent work experience
5 years of experience in Renewals Sales Operations or Account Management.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage distractions effectively
Strong organizational and time management skills with proven ability to effectively juggle competing priorities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work with a sense of urgency
Strong Attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to establish strong internal and external working relationships
Basic proficiency with Clari and/or SFDC (or other CRM system)
Willing to travel to customer meetings and other internal cross functional meetings. Travel would be considered less than 5% of time

The reference Total Target Compensation (TTC) market range for this position inclusive of annual base salary and the variable compensation target is between
Total Target Cash (TTC) 105880.00 - 200746.00 USD Annual
This reflects how companies in a similar industry and geographic region generally pay for similar jobs. This range helps the Company make pay decisions as one data point among many. Where a position falls within this range is also dependent on other factors including but not limited to the employees career path history competencies skills and performance as well as the companys annual salary budget the customers program requirements and the companys internal equity. Thales may offer additional benefits and other compensation depending on circumstances not related to an applicants status protected by local state or federal law.
