For an older adult moving into senior living it can be one of the most emotional transitions of their life. Theyre leaving behind a home filled with memories making difficult decisions about what comes next and trying to find comfort in a new environment.
TES Staffing is supporting a local Rochester company who helps make that process easier.
Were looking for compassionate patient and dependable people who genuinely enjoy working with older adults and want to make a meaningful difference in their lives.

What Youll Do
As a Senior Move Assistant youll work directly with older adults and their families before during and after a move.
You may:

Help clients sort organize and pack their belongings
Work alongside families during the moving process
Unpack and fully set up a new apartment or residence
Make beds organize kitchens arrange furniture and hang photos
Create a warm welcoming environment that feels like home from day one
Provide a calm reassuring presence during what can be an emotional day
Coordinate with team members to ensure every detail is handled with care

Flexible Schedule

Approximately 20-25 hours per week
Monday through Friday daytime hours
No nights or weekends
Hours vary based on client projects
We work around your availability whenever possible

Compensation

Starting at $18.00 per hour

Requirements

Valid drivers license
Reliable transportation
Smartphone for communication and scheduling
Ability to lift and carry boxes and household items
Ability to remain active throughout a shift
Background check required
