Senior Regional Consultant, Environmental Services

The Role:The Senior Regional Consultant on YAs Environmental Services team leads project teams and supports clients through environmental impacts from catastrophic losses. This role manages a range of projectsfrom routine claims to complex losseswhile evaluating property conditions and guiding practical cost-effective decisions. Operating with a high degree of independence the Senior Regional Consultant also delivers clear concise reports with actionable ideal candidate has an established client network and has a strong track record of building rapport and maintaining lasting client This Role You Will:Lead and mentor a team of environmental consultants supporting their development and project workReviews junior consultants work to ensure accurate high-quality and timely deliverables before client team workload and provide overall project supportAnalyze data to develop damage estimates risks scopes and reportsSupport regional growth through recruiting and business developmentBuild and maintain strong client relationships while generating new workPartner with business development on conferences and client outreachPerform and schedule industrial hygiene and building science servicesIdentify environmental risks and health hazards related to catastrophic lossesConduct building inspections for asbestos lead mold and other hazardsPerform testing sampling (air water soil etc.) and IAQ assessmentsDevelop project scopes protocols and detailed reportsReview invoices budgets and schedules on behalf of clientsCommunicate regularly with clients adjusters and key stakeholdersWork independently on smaller projects and collaborate on larger lossesMaintain project files and documentationPerforms other duties as You Bring:Bachelors degree in Environmental Health Environmental Sciences Biological Sciences or equivalent years of experience. 10 years of environmental consulting experienceMold asbestos and/or lead certifications CIH certification Team-oriented with a strong interest in learning and growthWillingness to travel up to 50%Who We Are:YA Group is an international professional services organization providing forensic consulting engineering risk mitigation and related services.
