Make a Difference
The Senior Recruitment Coordinator is a key member of our provider recruitment team partnering closely with five recruiters to coordinate and manage all logistical aspects of the interview process which we refer to as site visits. This role is instrumental in creating a positive candidate experience while ensuring the recruitment process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
Applicants for this position should possess extraordinary customer service skills to provide an exceptional experience.
4 year / Bachelors Degree (Required)
4 years: Delivering exceptional service to customers in business human resources recruitment sales or related area
AI tools and technology experience required
Fluency in Microsoft applications. (Required)
