• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Utilize Figma Notion and Airtable to streamline recruitment workflows and enhance team collaboration.
• Source and engage top talent through creative outreach and networking strategies.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and alignment with company culture.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes and drive better hiring outcomes.
• Foster strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

• 310 years of experience in recruiting preferably in a technology or startup environment.
• Proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles particularly in fast-paced settings.
• Proficient in using Figma Notion and Airtable for recruitment and project management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse candidates.

• Experience working in a venture-backed startup or rapidly growing company.
• Familiarity with AI and data-driven technologies.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic team environment.
