Senior Recruiter 1099

We are seeking a senior commission-based recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment focusing on sourcing and engaging passive candidates for niche roles across many industries including legal positions. This commission-based entrepreneurial role is ideal for a self-driven professional who enjoys research outreach and building strong talent pipelines while delivering a high-quality candidate experience.

• Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn job boards and other sourcing tools.
• Conduct outreach via email and professional platforms.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the ATS.
• Screen resumes and conduct thorough initial candidate interview evaluations.
• Coordinate candidate submittal summaries communication scheduling and follow-ups.
• Track pipeline activity and provide updates to candidates and hiring teams.
• Support reporting data accuracy and recruitment process improvements.

• 2 years of agency recruiting and full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing and passive candidate outreach skills.
• Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple roles.

Preferred: Experience with AI tools LinkedIn SignalHire other niche/professional recruiting resources.

• Commission-based 1099 role with significant earning potential.

• Placement payout averages ranging from $3000 to $14000 per hire.

• Flexible remote work environment.
