Compensation

What Youll Do

• Lead quality system development product safety and compliance initiatives
• Support New Product Development (NPD) including: PFMEA DFMEA design reviews and product specifications
• Develop and implement: Process control plans SPC systems and quality metrics
• Use statistical analysis tools DOE and GR&R studies to improve processes
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) using 5 Whys and structured methods
• Direct and mentor Quality Technicians and Specialists
• Develop and deliver training on quality systems SPC and continuous improvement tools
• Support supplier quality and vendor audits
• Create and communicate quality performance metrics and reports to leadership
• Participate in cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in: Engineering Quality Mechanical Industrial Technology or related field
• 5 years of experience in quality engineering or process engineering in manufacturing

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
• Experience in plastics packaging food or medical manufacturing
• Knowledge of ISO SQF GMP and quality systems audits

Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and data analysis tools
• Experience with Root cause analysis DOE process validation and capability studies
• Proven ability to lead projects and direct team activities
• Excellent communication and training skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects independently

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Combination of office and production floor environment
• Occasional lifting (up to 30 lbs for samples or tooling support)
• Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally
