KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Analyze internal and external quality data to identify trends recurring issues process risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor process capability and quality performance metrics and provide recommendations for process improvement.
- Collaborate with Senior Quality Engineers on root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions utilizing tools such as 5 Why Fishbone Diagram Pareto Analysis FMEA SPC and other quality methodologies.
- Identify gaps with measurements systems from various data sources and collaborate with key stakeholders to mitigate data integrity issues develop new systems and improve
- Prepare quality reports presentations and dashboards for management review and operational decision-making.
- MRB participant supporting containment activities and disposition of nonconforming material
- Works with computers (ERP systems)
- Participates in the implementation and utilization of the COS tools as necessary for continuous improvement of processes.
- Manage RT program in collaboration with suppliers and customer
- Manage and perform internal audits according to schedule

Pay or shift range: $88970 USD to $111213 USD
