Senior QA Engineer

This is a contract opportunity for an experienced QA professional who can contribute across both manual and automation testing in an Agile environment ensuring high-quality delivery of enterprise-grade web applications and services.

• Analyze requirements and design detailed test cases test plans and test procedures
• Perform manual and automated testing for new and existing applications
• Execute functional integration system regression UI API and performance testing
• Develop maintain and enhance automation test scripts
• Identify analyze and report defects and work closely with development teams for resolution
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and iterative release cycles
• Collaborate with BAs developers and stakeholders to ensure quality standards
• Maintain test documentation metrics and reporting dashboards
• Analyze automation failures and update scripts as needed

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• 10 years of QA experience in web-based applications
• Strong experience applications Web APIs and Windows Services
• Hands-on experience in UI and API testing
• Strong automation experience using Selenium WebDriver (C#) and/or Playwright
• Experience with Azure DevOps / TFS
• Strong SQL skills (SQL Server and/or Oracle)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Familiarity with version control and defect tracking tools
• Strong analytical skills with ability to manage multiple priorities

• C# programming for automation frameworks
• Experience in Windows-based environments
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps integrations
• Exposure to performance testing of services
• Strong understanding ecosystem
