To run such an extraordinary store it takes extraordinary people and we are looking for someone to help us do extraordinary Apple Store Online is seeking a Senior QA Automation Architect to join the Apple Store Online Operations team managing quality validation workstreams for Apple Store Online Apple Store App and partner platforms. Our mission is to continuously improve the quality of information and experience presented to Apples customers while delivering on the ever-increasing velocity of changes as the Retail digital platform expands into new geographies languages and devices. You will be part of a global team driving design and implementation of highly scalable test automation frameworks for content validations across multiple platforms You are a thoughtful inclusive and effective leader deeply detail oriented and comfortable with change and uncertainty in a dynamic work environment.

This position is ideal for a senior QA automation architect who is passionate about quality enjoys creating scalable simulation systems and is eager to contribute to scalable validations using cutting-edge AI this role you will help design and build automation frameworks and tools with scale in mind and drive adoption through cross-functional partnerships.

Champion and lead designing and building AI driven digital content QA automation that will allow us to validate dynamic content at scale across multiple platformsnCollaborate with teams across ASO to define develop and implement validation automation and tooling nMentor fellow team members and be the thought leader on technology solutions and nAct as a force multiplier by driving technical excellence across teams and building scalable systems tools and/or frameworks

7 years of professional experience in quality engineering with a strong emphasis on designing implementing and optimizing large-scale automation frameworksnBS/MS in Computer Science or related fieldnProven experience in developing robust maintainable extensible and scalable automation solutions. Experience identifying automation requirements and designing solutions to address test execution leveraging emerging technologies like AI ML and LLMs to automate and optimize digital content workflows and advance content validation automation strategiesnStrong organizational skills and experience working with multiple stakeholders

Deep knowledge of Agentic AI and LLM driven test frameworksnSolid understanding of automated software testing methodologies and lifecycle including integration testing component mocking and dependency injectionnExperience Testing AI Models for accuracy robustness fairness and performancenExperience developing LLM based automated evaluation frameworksn3 years of proven ability in machine learning including hands-on work with LLMs
