Job Title: Senior Python AI/ML & Generative AI Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Python AI/ML and Generative AI Engineer to design develop and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions from proof of concept to production. The ideal candidate will have strong programming expertise in Python and Java hands-on experience with Machine Learning Deep Learning Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.

The candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable AI architectures developing intelligent applications and conversational interfaces managing the end-to-end model lifecycle and delivering reliable secure and production-ready AI solutions.

The role also requires experience with Spring Boot microservices Kafka CI/CD and enterprise application development along with strong technical leadership and stakeholder communication skills.

AI/ML & Generative AI Development

• Design develop and implement AI/ML and Generative AI solutions from proof of concept through production deployment.

• Build conversational AI applications chatbots and intelligent interfaces using LLMs and frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.

• Develop and integrate machine learning and deep learning models to address business requirements.

• Design scalable AI architectures and integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications.

• Optimize LLM-based applications for performance accuracy latency scalability and cost.

Model Lifecycle & Production Deployment

• Manage the complete ML lifecycle including data preparation model training evaluation deployment monitoring and retraining.

• Deploy AI/ML models into production using CI/CD pipelines and automated release processes.

• Monitor model performance data drift latency reliability and resource utilization.

• Implement appropriate model governance security compliance and operational controls.

• Ensure AI solutions are scalable reliable maintainable and production-ready.

Application & Backend Development

• Develop enterprise-grade applications and backend services using Python and Java.

• Build and maintain Spring Boot applications and microservices.

• Develop and integrate REST-based services and APIs.

• Implement event-driven architectures and messaging solutions using Apache Kafka.

• Work with relational and NoSQL databases to support AI/ML applications.

• Apply data structures algorithms object-oriented programming and software design patterns.

DevOps & CI/CD

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build testing deployment and release management.

• Work with tools such as Jenkins Git Maven and Salt.

• Support automated release management and continuous integration practices.

• Work in Unix/Linux environments and understand web technologies such as HTTP and Apache.

• Follow established development standards version control practices and deployment procedures.

Technical Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead technical discussions solution design sessions and architecture reviews.

• Mentor junior AI/ML engineers and conduct code and design reviews.

• Collaborate with Product Owners Architects Program Managers and cross-functional teams.

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.

• Present technical solutions to business and customer stakeholders.

• Support proposal development technical estimations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Programming & Application Development

• Strong proficiency in Python and Java.

• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.

• Strong understanding of data structures algorithms and design patterns.

• Experience with distributed and multi-tier application development.

AI/ML & Generative AI

• Machine Learning and Deep Learning.

• Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

• LangChain and LangGraph.

• Experience deploying and maintaining production AI/ML solutions using CI/CD practices.
