- Bid Solicitation/Request for Proposal/Tender Analysis: Conduct complex feasibility studies from technological financial and organizational perspectives on bid solicitation including request for proposal (RFP) and request for tender (RFT) project requirements and write specifications for tenders.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Use data from a wide range of sources to analyze key themes and identify possible impacts on the business.
- Document Preparation: Write and edit material for various target populations tailoring the tone and content to match the needs and expectations of each audience.
- Multiagency Work: Take the lead on developing collaborative working relationships with partners and other agencies over organizational boundaries (often in multiagency or interprofessional settings) to ensure cohesive and seamless service delivery for service users.
- Needs Assessment: Uncover emerging issues or needs identifying potential causes barriers and key stakeholders as well as related issues.
- Operational Compliance: Monitor and review performance and behaviors within area of responsibility to identify and resolve noncompliance with the organizations policies and relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct.
- Personal Capability Building: Act as subject matter expert in an area of technology policy regulation or operational management for the team. Maintain external accreditations and in-depth understanding of current and emerging external regulation and industry best practices through continuing professional development attending conferences and reading specialist media.
- Request for Bid Solicitation/Proposal/Tender Response: Gather information and resources draft and complete proposals and fulfill all process requirements (in terms of deadlines documentation etc.) in response to complex bid solicitations request for proposal and request for tender to create the best chance of being awarded the contract.
- Solutions Analysis: Identify and evaluate complex expertise-led solutions against a range of criteria to find the ones that best meet business needs.
- Work Scheduling and Allocation: Develop medium- or long-term work schedules that enable the organization to achieve its business goals. Involves coordinating across multiple teams.
