Nationwide IT Services is seeking a strategic detail-driven Senior Proposal Manager to lead high-impact federal proposals from capture through submission. Based in Fairfax VA this role is ideal for a proven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and can turn winning strategies into compliant compelling submissions.Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end proposal management across multiple concurrent efforts
- Translate win strategies into clear compliant and high-quality proposals
- Develop and manage schedules outlines and compliance matrices
- Drive storyboards color team reviews and solution sessions
- Oversee technical management staffing and past performance volumes
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams (SMEs writers graphics subcontractors)
- Direct proposal production and final delivery with precision and quality
- Ensure on-time submissions in deadline-driven high-pressure environments
- 5 yearsof federal proposal management experience (IT/technical focus)
- Strong command of Shipley proposal methodologies
- Experience with IDIQs GWACs quick-turn bids and large pursuits
- Exceptional organization communication and leadership skills
- Ability to influence align and execute across teams
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (expert-level MS Word)
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Experience supporting DoW and/or Intelligence Community (IC) proposals
