Hybrid Schedule: Mondays & Fridays remote


Overview
Nationwide IT Services is seeking a strategic detail-driven Senior Proposal Manager to lead high-impact federal proposals from capture through submission. Based in Fairfax VA this role is ideal for a proven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and can turn winning strategies into compliant compelling submissions.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end proposal management across multiple concurrent efforts
  • Translate win strategies into clear compliant and high-quality proposals
  • Develop and manage schedules outlines and compliance matrices
  • Drive storyboards color team reviews and solution sessions
  • Oversee technical management staffing and past performance volumes
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams (SMEs writers graphics subcontractors)
  • Direct proposal production and final delivery with precision and quality
  • Ensure on-time submissions in deadline-driven high-pressure environments
Requirements:
  • 5 yearsof federal proposal management experience (IT/technical focus)
  • Strong command of Shipley proposal methodologies
  • Experience with IDIQs GWACs quick-turn bids and large pursuits
  • Exceptional organization communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to influence align and execute across teams
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (expert-level MS Word)
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Preferred
  • Experience supporting DoW and/or Intelligence Community (IC) proposals
