Role description:
Arcadis New York office is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic Workplace team contributing to a range of high-profile this role youll oversee various accounts fostering strong relationships with both clients and internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of our workplace solutions.
Role accountabilities:
- Manage and oversee all active workplace projects from pursuit through closeout.
- Coordinate project execution across all phases including:
- Opportunities / pipeline management
- Oracle project setup and tracking
- Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) coordination
- Forecasting and resource planning
- Invoicing and financial tracking
- RFP responses and proposal development
- Fee development and contract coordination
- Monitor project scope schedule budget and profitability.
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams consultants and clients regarding project status and delivery.
- Ensure timely completion of deliverables and maintain high standards of quality and client service.
- Support risk management change management and project reporting.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 8-10years of experience with a strong background in interior architecture workplace design and project management
- Strong experience managing workplace/interiors architecture or design projects.
- Working knowledge of project financials forecasting invoicing and fee management.
- Familiarity with tools such as Oracle ACC and other project management platforms.
- Strong organizational communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per salary range for this position is $110000 - $165000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors such as experience education budget internal equity project and location.
