Job Description

• Lead multiple mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Provide strategic oversight to Project Managers Superintendents and project teams.
• Mentor coach and develop project staff while fostering a collaborative culture.
• Ensure projects meet schedule budget quality and safety objectives.
• Build strong relationships with owners architects engineers and construction managers.
• Review contracts change orders purchase orders and project financials.
• Drive project planning manpower forecasting scheduling and resource allocation.
• Oversee cost tracking forecasting and risk management.
• Support implementation of VDC prefabrication QA/QC and process improvements.
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and future business development.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on company initiatives and project strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Construction Management or related field.
• 8 years of mechanical contracting or construction project management experience.
• Strong leadership experience managing project teams.
• Experience with large commercial mechanical HVAC or plumbing construction projects.
• Strong financial management scheduling and contract administration skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Project Procore and Bluebeam.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Revit and Navisworks.
• Excellent communication organizational and client relationship skills.
