Who are we looking for

GHD has an opportunity for a Senior Project Managerto join our Environmental Assessment and Remediation Project Managerleads day-to-day planning and execution for assigned projects using standardized PMO tools and repeatable workflows. The role coordinates teams manages scope/schedule/cost controls and prepares compliant deliverables for verification and approval.

Working with an energetic and high performing team this position offers a variety ofworkand will see you involved in:

• Initiate and plan projects using disciplined project management practices (scopeconfirmation WBS schedule risk planning onboarding).

• Manage execution and controls: track progress issues changes and dependencies;maintainproject records in the project workspace for traceability.
• Coordinate communications and reporting cadence;maintaindeadline control for regulatory and client reporting obligations.
• Manage vendors and subcontractors under defined procedures; ensure work plans and outputs follow required verification pathways.
• Supportdigital fielddata collection and standardized reporting workflows; contribute to dashboards and evidence packs used for program and project visibility.
• Prepare deliverables and ensure they are ready for check/review anddirectorapproval prior to external use.
• Escalate risks and deviations early using leading indicators and agreed thresholds to support no surprises delivery.
• Close out projects with complete documentation lessons learned and handoff asrequired

Whatyou willbring to the team:

• Demonstrated project management experience in delivery environmentsrequiringstrong compliance and documentation.
• Ability to manage scope schedule cost and risk with a structured approach.
• Strong coordination skills across field/office resources and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Clear written and verbal communicationskills;capable of producing and managing recurring reporting deliverables.
• Background in Upstream field support programs (basin/state regulatory environments) and/or mining closure and waste management programs.
• Familiarity with structured delivery frameworks that embed assurance (verification documentation audit trails) into workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Environmental Engineering Geology EnvironmentalScienceor related field
• PE or PG will be highly regarded
• 8 years of experience in environmental consulting including environmental remediation and site assessments report writing data management & interpretation project coordination and managing clients
• OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification a plus
• Ability and willingness totravelclient meetings isrequired
• Experience with repeatable high-volume programs where standardization and automation are used to improve efficiency.
• Familiarity withanalyticsdashboards and data management practices that support compliance tracking and decision-making.

Salary Range: $84000- $140000 based on experience and location.
