Senior Project Manager – Survey Department

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing Records of Survey LLAs Certificates of Compliance Subdivisions and others.
• Preparing proposals & Service Agreements for potential clients
• Occasionally performing field work surveys staking site visits managing
• Managing the field crew schedule and adjusting to the needs of the company and client as needed.
• Work with agencies on project related matters
• Prepare and submit survey reports
• Work with clients to ensure that their needs are met
• Stay up-to-date on the latest land surveying regulations and standards
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records

Qualifications :

What makes a Qualified Candidate:

• Licensed in the State of California as a Professional Land Surveyor (or at minimum currently seeking licensure)
• Familiarity with working in Sonoma Marin and Napa County and good working relationships with the agencies within those jurisdictions.
• 5 years management experience especially of multiple crews
• Experience in field work field procedures & current application of equipment used today
• Experience with Topographic Mapping Records of Survey ALTAs Subdivision Maps and processes Lot Line Adjustments Construction Staking and Calculations Legal Descriptions for LLAs easements PG&E Leases and more.
• Experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D
• Experience with Drone and a UAG 107 license.
• Strong background in construction layout and the ability to coordinate with multiple disciplines whether internal to Adobe or external.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with clients and consultants and work internally with other departments such as wastewater civil engineering and permitting

• PLS: $125000 $155000 plus quarterly bonuses (PLS must have experience managing complex projects with demonstrated ability to work with a variety of stakeholders on a project team; 5 years experience preferred.)
