Responsibilitiesinclude:

• SupervisemultipleProjectManagerswhoaremanagingmultipleprojects.
• Manageupto$30million-dollarelectricalconstructionprojectsormultiplelargeprojectssimultaneously.
• Decision-makingresponsibilityconcerningprojectcosttimeandperformance.
• Accountabilityforprojectplanningexecutionjobcosttrackingandjobclosure.
• Providemonthlyprojectstatusdetailandpercentofcompletionreports.
• Monitorandcontrolprojectthroughadministrativedirectionofon-siteforementoensureprojectiscompletedonscheduleandwithinbudget.
• Initiateandmaintainliaisonwithownersandothercontactstofacilitateprojectactivities.
• Planaheadtopreventproblemsandresolveanyemergingones.
• Interfacingwithcontractorsvendorsandin-houseoperations.
• Cross-sellingofothercompanyoperationsthroughfullyintegratedsolutions.
• Supportinganinjuryfreeworkenvironmentandsafetyculture.

Experienceandskillsrequired:

• Minimum15yearsexperienceinsellingestimatingandmanagingmulti-milliondollarIndustrialConstructionorAdvancedTechnologyprojects.
• BachelorsDegreeinElectricalEngineeringplus10yearsconstructionprojectexperience;orinlieuofdegree5yearsexperienceasanElectricalForemanorGeneralForemanonlargeprojectsplus10yearsasaProjectManagerrequired.
• Provenrecordofsuccessfulrelationshipsandmarketingskillspreferred.
• Superiorknowledgeofelectricalcodesandconstructionmethodsrequired.
• Musthaveprovenexperiencemanaging100kman-hourprojects.
• Provenexperiencewithheavypowerdistributionsystemsinstrumentationinstallationandprocesscontrolandsystemintegrationrequired.
• ThoroughappliedknowledgeofprojectQA/QCproceduresandsystemturnover.
• Abilitytodemonstrateahighlevelofcompetencyinlabormaterialandcontractmanagement.
• Competencyinearned-valuetrackinglaborefficiencyindexandcrewcompositefactors.
• Provenabilitytocompleteadetailedtake-offandallrequiredestimatingforelectricalprojects.
• Relevantexperienceinelectricalsubcontractingisamust.

CompensationandBenefits:

Salaryrangeforthispositionis$150000-$200000

Opportunityforadiscretionaryyear-endbonus.

401kwitha40%employermatch(uptofederallimit.)
