• Lead the development and execution of project charters management plans and detailed Gantt charts

• Define and manage project scope schedules and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams

• Develop andmaintainquality and risk management plans using multiple planning tools and techniques

• Assign and manage project resources clearly defining roles responsibilities and deliverables

• Create and execute stakeholder and communication management plans

• Collaborate on procurement planning and vendor selection

• Provide performance feedback to functional managers and support team development

• Own project outcomes by evaluating trade-offs managing critical paths and ensuring alignment with organizational goals

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 6 years of relevant project management experience
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex project timelines
• Proficiencyin project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project Smartsheet)

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
• Previous medical device industry experience
• Experience with software project management and experience with AI technology
• Experience collaborating with international partners across the business
• Experience in regulated or quality-driven environments
