The Senior Project Manager is responsible for delivering complex capital and workplace projects within the National Capital Region while ensuring compliance with client objectives project controls and governance requirements.Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initiation through closeout.
- Lead project planning budgeting scheduling procurement and execution.
- Coordinate stakeholders consultants contractors and vendors.
- Monitor scope budget schedule risks and quality.
- Prepare executive-level project status reports and presentations.
- Review contracts change orders and payment applications.
- Implement project management standards and governance requirements.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting using Procore.
- Mentor junior project managers and support onboarding initiatives.
- Drive issue resolution and stakeholder alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering Architecture or related field.
- 8 years of project management experience.
- Experience managing corporate office government or mission-critical projects.
- PMP preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement the geographic area in which the work will be performed market pay rates in that area and the candidates experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
