Senior Project Manager

Location: Phoenix

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in MEP construction mechanical systems and process piping to join an established commercial construction organization.

This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing complex projects from preconstruction through closeout.

• Lead large-scale MEP mechanical HVAC plumbing and process piping projects.

• Manage project budgets schedules contracts change orders and overall profitability.

• Coordinate with owners engineers general contractors subcontractors vendors and field teams.

• Review plans specifications scopes and project requirements.

• Oversee procurement subcontractor buyout scheduling and project execution.

• Identify and resolve project design schedule and cost issues.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers and project teams.

• Maintain strong client relationships while ensuring safety quality and schedule expectations are met.

• 7 years of construction project management experience.

• Strong MEP/mechanical construction background.

• Experience with process piping or complex piping systems strongly preferred.

• Experience with HVAC plumbing industrial commercial healthcare manufacturing mission-critical or other complex projects.

• Strong understanding of project financials contracts scheduling and change management.

• Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field preferred.
