About the Role

The Senior Project Managerleads interiors and special projects for Winters SPACES division providingleadership across every phase from preconstruction through closeout to ensureeach project meets its goals and objectives. This role guides a team of projectstaff and plays an active part in growing SPACES through business developmentand client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction and project startup including working estimates buyout and subcontract negotiations
• Oversee project financials including cost reporting change management and cash flow to meet or exceed financial goals
• Partner with the Superintendent to manage schedule safety quality and subcontractor performance
• Lead train and develop Project Managers Assistant Project Managers Project Engineers and Interns
• Lead RFQ/RFP responses and presentations and build relationships with owners architects and industry partners to win new work

Qualifications

• 15 years of project management experience with a commercial general contractor
• Experience managing interiors tenant improvement renovation or special projects
• Strong command of project financials buyout and subcontract negotiation
• Experience leading and developing project teams including Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers
• Business development experience including RFP responses and client presentations
