The Ghoman Group is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial construction and renovation projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects coordinating cross-functional teams maintaining project budgets and schedules and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Manage all phases of commercial construction and renovation projects from pre-construction through project closeout.

• Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and work plans.

• Coordinate with clients architects engineers consultants subcontractors and vendors to ensure successful project execution.

• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and executive leadership.

• Monitor project costs budgets forecasts and profitability.

• Review drawings specifications contracts RFIs submittals and change orders.

• Ensure projects comply with applicable building codes safety regulations and company quality standards.

• Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions to minimize delays and cost overruns.

• Manage subcontractor performance and maintain strong working relationships with project partners.

• Mentor and support junior project managers project engineers and field staff.

• Ensure projects are completed safely on time within budget and to client expectations.

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering Architecture or a related field preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction project management experience.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods scheduling budgeting contracts and project controls.

• Experience managing multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.

• Proficiency with Procore Bluebeam Microsoft Project Primavera P6 or similar construction management software.

• Excellent leadership communication negotiation and organizational skills.

• Ability to analyze project data solve complex problems and make sound decisions.
