Were seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee complex healthcare construction renovation and capital improvement projects from planning through closeout. • Lead healthcare construction renovation and capital projects from concept through completion

• Manage project scope budgets schedules procurement and risk throughout the project lifecycle

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients design teams contractors and key stakeholders

• Oversee architects engineers consultants contractors and vendors to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget

• Develop project execution plans RFPs RFQs contracts and change orders

• Track project performance identify risks and implement solutions before they impact delivery

• Lead project meetings communicate progress to executive leadership and maintain accurate project documentation

• Mentor and support project managers while promoting best practices across the project team

• Ensure projects comply with healthcare regulations safety standards and applicable building codes

• 5-7 years of experience managing large healthcare construction or capital projects

• Proven success delivering projects from planning through occupancy

• Strong experience with budgeting scheduling contract negotiations procurement and change management

• Knowledge of California healthcare construction requirements including OSHPD/HCAI JCAHO ADA and applicable state and local regulations

• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously

• Ability to build trusted relationships with executives clients contractors architects and engineers

• Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering Architecture Business or a related field preferred
