Jack Morton is looking for an experiencedSenior Project Manager Experiential & ExhibitFabrication

to lead complexfabrication tradeshowexhibition and experientialprojects from thefirst client conversationthrough fabrication installation showexecution andfinal reconciliation.

This is ahigh-impact rolefor a projectleader who knowshow to turnambitious creative conceptsintoreal-world experiencesbalancing scope budgets schedules vendors productionteams and clientswhile keeping everythingmoving toward openingday.

Youll be theperson connecting thedots betweencreative vision andphysical execution.

When the designis ambitious thetimeline is tight and there area hundred movingpieces youre theperson who knowshow to makeithappen.

Youll have end-to-end ownership of major programs working across design fabrication logistics installation and live event execution.

• Lead projects fromclient intake andinitial planning throughdesign fabrication installation show-site execution and closeout
• Build and managecomprehensive project plans schedules milestones and deliverables
• Translate project objectivesinto clear actionplans for internalteams and externalpartners
• Keep scope timelines quality and clientexpectations aligned throughouttheproject
• Anticipate whats comingnext and keepteams ahead ofcritical deadlines
• Serve as theoperational leader whokeeps the projectmoving when prioritieschange

Youll work acrossthe organization andbecomea trusted operationalpartner to clientsand internal teams.

Were looking forasenior project leader from the world of experiential exhibits fabrication or live events not simply someone with a generic project management background.

You have:

• 10 years ofproject management experiencein tradeshow exhibit experiential marketing event production fabrication or a closelyrelated industry
• A proven trackrecord managinglarge complex projectsfrom concept throughcompletion
• Deep understanding offabrication production installation logistics and live-eventexecution
• Strong budget management forecasting cost tracking and reconciliationskills
• Experience managing vendors contractors transportation and show-servicepartners
• The ability toread and interprettechnical drawings blueprints and production specifications
• Exceptional communicationand stakeholder-managementskills
• Strong negotiation analytical and problem-solvingabilities
• The ability tomanage multiple prioritieswithout losing sightof the details
• A proactive mindsetand the confidenceto make decisionsunder pressure
• A bachelors degreeor equivalent combinationof education andexperience
