Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed estimates and scopes of work for civil construction projects
• Prepare cost models for sitework utilities grading and earthmoving projects
• Lead project planning scheduling and execution activities
• Manage project budgets forecasts and financial performance
• Coordinate field operations subcontractors vendors and project stakeholders
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements safety standards and quality expectations
• Monitor project progress and maintain schedule performance
• Support business growth through accurate bidding and estimating practices

Requirements:

• 7 years of civil construction project management experience
• Estimating experience within construction environments
• Strong cost modeling and budgeting skills
• Project scheduling and planning experience
• Construction estimating software proficiency
• Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
