The Externals Group is partnering with a leading building envelope contractor specializing in large-scale institutional industrial and commercial projects. As Senior Project Manager youll own multiple roofing projects from pre-construction through close-out with full accountability for quality safety and profitability.

A Day in the Life:

• Lead project teams to deliver on time and within budget across multiple sites
• Manage budgets cost analyses and financial performance
• Serve as the primary liaison with clients vendors and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with safety regulatory and contractual requirements
• Identify risks early and drive continuous improvement

What Youll Bring:

• 5 years of project management experience in commercial roofing
• Knowledge of roofing systems (single-ply asphalt cold/hot applied metal)
• Proficiency with Procore or similar project management software
• Government/public sector project experience is a plus
