Senior Project Engineer Civil

As a senior technical leader you will lead engineering projects from concept through construction overseeing design coordination and project execution. Youll lead design efforts manage contract administration responsibilities work directly with clients and multidisciplinary teams and deliver projects on schedule and on budget. You have 7 years of engineering experience an active PE license and a track record of leading projects with minimal oversight. Youre a trusted technical resource confident making decisions guiding junior staff and maintaining project momentum in an environment where accountability accuracy and follow-through matter. How youll spend your days:

• Leading complex engineering design analysis and drafting efforts while ensuring compliance with applicable codes standards and internal QA/QC procedures
• Managing contract administration responsibilities and helping keep projects moving during construction
• Leading projects from kickoff through closeout while coordinating directly with clients Project Managers contractors and multidisciplinary teams
• Owning project scope schedules budgets and delivery expectations across multiple active projects
• Preparing proposals scopes of work and fee structures that support projects staying organized profitable and on track
• Guiding junior engineers through technical review QA/QC processes hands-on mentorship and day-to-day project coordination
• Building long-term client relationships by communicating clearly solving problems quickly and consistently delivering quality work

Qualifications :

What youll bring:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering and PE license preferred 7 years of professional engineering experience including experience leading projects independently
• Proficiency with BIM/drawing platforms and engineering design and analysis tools
• Ability to independently lead complex design and analysis work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience managing project execution contract administration budgets and coordination across disciplines
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate directly with clients project teams contractors and junior staff
• Sound technical judgment and the ability to identify issues prioritize work and keep projects moving forward
