Apogee Global RMS is a Veteran-led enterprise risk advisory consulting and talent solutions firm supporting government and defense organizations with specialized engineering program management and mission-critical workforce solutions. We are seeking an experienced Senior Program/Project Manager to support a high-impact submarine systems program.

This role supports missioncritical programs involving Submarine Sail and Towed Antenna Systemsrequiring disciplined program leadership technical coordination and stakeholder engagement across Navy and engineering environments.

This Program Manager/Project Manager will oversee engineering and logistics initiatives and requires a seasoned leader with a strong technical foundation and proven experience managing complex defense programs from planning through execution.

• Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or Marine Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 10 years of Program/ Project management experience.
• At least 5 years of experience managing engineering and logistics programs.
• Demonstrated experience supporting the development and management of Submarine Sail and Towed Antenna Systems.
• Experience with system analysis testing and evaluation of submarine systems.
• Active SECRET Security Clearance or the ability to obtain/maintain a SECRET Clearance.

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting U.S. Navy or Department of Defense programs.
• Excellent planning risk management and program execution capabilities.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional engineering and logistics teams.
