The Senior Program Director provides strategic operational fiscal and administrative leadership for assigned Family Bridges programs and services. Guided by the organizations Mission Vision Values and Strategic Plan this position oversees program operations staff budgets compliance quality improvement grants and contracts and community partnerships to deliver high-quality culturally responsive services and advance organizational performance. Program-specific requirements are addressed through a Program Addendum.Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight of assigned programs services staff and operations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws regulations grants contracts licensing accreditation and organizational policies.
- Develop monitor and manage program budgets contracts performance measures and operational outcomes.
- Recruit supervise coach mentor develop and evaluate staff while fostering a culture of collaboration accountability and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with funders government agencies healthcare organizations and community stakeholders.
- Lead strategic planning program development quality improvement and organizational growth initiatives.
- Prepare executive operational grant and performance reports.
- Represent Family Bridges in community meetings coalitions and public forums.
- Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a related field; Masters degree preferred. Equivalent education and experience may be considered.
- Minimum five (5) years of progressive leadership experience managing programs staff budgets and operations.
- Experience with grants contracts regulatory compliance quality improvement and community partnerships.
- Strong leadership communication organizational financial and problem-solving skills.
- Valid California drivers license and successful completion of required background clearances.
Working Conditions
