Job Summary

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to identify implement and measure improvements across DISAs service delivery Functions Responsibilities & Duties may include but are not limited to:Leads the design development and implementation of a comprehensive continuous service process improvement strategy aligned with program across the organization to identify areas for improvement and develops actions plans for implementing appropriate solutions across the Government Customers and maintains documentation for continuous service improvement processes and proceduresDesigns and implements service improvement projects ensuring they deliver measurable service performance data and customer feedback to identify trends and improvement with stakeholders at all levels to gain buy-in for improvement and maintains key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of improvement effort in accordance with continuous service process improvement methodology and approachesCreates delivers and presents reports on improvement initiatives and quality metrics to senior management and stakeholdersFosters a culture of continuous improvement throughout the current with industry best practices and emerging trends in service managementQualifications:Bachelors Degree in related field10 years of related experienceExperience designing developing and implementing actionable continuous service process improvement strategies including the use of application program interfaces for data integration and consolidation to facilitate dashboards and data developing and maintaining continuous service processes improvement processes and proceduresExperience using managing or implementing ITIL practices including agile waterfall and hybrid across unclassified and classified of the Service Management workflows and ITSM processesExpertise in Service Management and Service Integration solutionsExperience developing long-term strategic objectives to ensure that end user requirements will be satisfiedDemonstrated ability to continuously improve and integrate services and proceduresExperience in network operations quality assurance or related rolesStrong understanding of architectures and technologies supporting networks and enterprise integration projectsExperience with network monitoring and performance management toolsExperience with data collection analysis and statistical methodsExperience developing automated and trend service quality-related metrics and key performance indicators using various methods with artificial intelligenceExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsExceptional interpersonal and written and verbal communication skillsMust be a self-starter and able to manage competing demandsAdvanced Sharepoint MS Word Power Point Excel and Outlook skillsMust be able to independently prepare and deliver power point presentations reports white papers decision briefs etc ITIL Foundation Certification is highly desiredContinuous Process Improvement-related certification is highly desired Clearance Requirement: CURRENT/ACTIVE TOP SECRET clearance with eligibility to obtain SCI Skills:Prior Federal government professional services or Federal consulting experienceExperience directly supporting the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA)Software development experience dashboard and data integration techniques to support dynamic dashboardsEducation: Bachelors Degree in a STEM-related Degree in related fieldOffice Location and Travel:Will be required to report onsite at the Ft.
