What Youll Do
Define and execute the product vision strategy and roadmap for digital and technology solutions.
Identify market trends customer needs and emerging technologies to shape product direction.
Partner with stakeholders and end users to uncover high-value opportunities and solve complex business challenges.
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept and design through launch adoption and ongoing enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers data scientists infrastructure teams and business leaders to deliver innovative solutions.
Prioritize product investments and release plans based on user value business impact and strategic goals.
Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision making.
Support and champion quality management practices throughout the product lifecycle.
What Were Looking For
Experience defining and delivering successful digital software or technology products.
Strong understanding of product strategy product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
Ability to translate business needs into product requirements and actionable roadmaps.
Excellent stakeholder management communication and collaboration skills.
Experience working with technical teams in software development data analytics cloud or infrastructure environments.
Analytical mindset with the ability to balance customer needs business objectives and technical considerations.

Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree Related Field of Study required
- Can this role review and consider experience in lieu of a degree Yes
- Experience in a product management or product development role with team lead duties 3-5 years required

- Exceptional written verbal and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to influence and align engineers business leaders executives and stakeholders around product vision and strategy.
