• Define and execute the product strategy for the B2B payments platform focusing on API integration security scalability and user experience.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and concept development to launch and continuous improvement.
• Lead market research competitive analysis and customer feedback efforts to inform product decisions and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define prioritize and deliver product requirements aligned with business objectives.
• Design and manage scalable developer-friendly APIs while improving integration speed usability and overall developer experience.

• 7 years of product management experience including at least 3 years in payments fintech or API-driven products.
• Strong understanding of B2B payment ecosystems including card processing ACH virtual cards and wire transfers.
• Experience designing and managing APIs including knowledge of RESTful APIs microservices architecture and cloud-based solutions.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders with strong communication and leadership skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret product metrics and make data-driven decisions.

• Experience working with B2B platforms ERP integrations or SaaS products.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in payments (e.g. PCI-DSS PSD2).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence.
