This hybrid role can be based out of our Bloomington MN; Mahwah NJ; Fort Lauderdale FL; or Portage MI locations.

What you will do

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans annual business plans and product launch strategies to drive business growth.

Identify customer needs market opportunities and competitive insights to influence product and program improvements.

Lead market segmentation targeting and positioning efforts to improve commercial effectiveness and business performance.

Establish pricing strategies aligned with brand positioning market dynamics and overall business objectives.

Drive financial planning by forecasting resource needs managing budgets and applying strong business and financial acumen.

Define success metrics goals and milestones and measure performance to ensure achievement of key business priorities.

Lead mentor and develop team members while fostering a culture of accountability collaboration and high performance.

Build strong cross-functional partnerships and cultivate relationships with industry thought leaders key organizations and customers to advance strategic initiatives.

What you need

Required:
Bachelors degree
6 years of work experience

Preferred:
MBA
3 years medical device or marketing/sales experience

United States of America Pay Ranges:

• USN: $102600 - $171000 USD Annual
• US5: $107700 - $179600 USD Annual
• US20: $123100 - $205200 USD Annual
