Job Summary

Binti builds software for state and county government agencies focusing on reinventing social services. We started in child welfare with the mission of helping every child have a safe loving and stable family. To date weve helped approve more than 100000 families to foster or adopt and we support over 49% of the nations child welfare system. We have expanded our product offerings in child welfare moving more to the root of the problem helping families stay together and avoid separation and are now expanding horizontally across other areas in social services.

Binti is a for-profit mission-driven software company based in San Francisco CA. Investors include Founders Fund First Round Capital Kapor Capital and others. Were a team of 90 people and growing quickly. We care about creating a workplace where everyone feels welcome and can bring their full self to work. SCOPE

There is a critical shortage of foster and adoptive families in the U.S. The path to becoming licensed paperwork home studies training references background checks has long been slow opaque and built around the agency rather than the family. Many prospective caregivers drop out before approval and overstretched social workers spend their time chasing forms instead of supporting families.

Bintis Caregiver Licensing module is our flagship product. It powers a fully digital mobile-friendly application experience with e-signatures document uploads automated reminders and configurable forms tailored to each agency. Agencies on Licensing approve 30% more families in their first year with a 16% reduction in time to approve. Over 100000 families have been licensed through it.
