As a Senior Product Manager you will own a key TeamViewer ONE product area from discovery through launch and adoption. Working across Engineering Data AI Security UX and Go-to-Market teams you will define and deliver observability and auditability capabilities for Autonomous Endpoint Management (AEM) helping customers understand monitor and optimize endpoint activity administrative actions and automation outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Own the strategy roadmap and outcomes for endpoint observability auditability and telemetry within TeamViewer ONE.

  • Build a unified view of endpoint activity by connecting system security user remote-session and automation events.

  • Drive insights and automation through search alerting analytics root-cause analysis and AI-assisted remediation.

  • Define trusted audit compliance and security capabilities including logging retention access controls and reporting.

  • Partner with Engineering Data AI and Security teams to deliver scalable secure and high-performing platform capabilities.

  • Lead customer discovery prioritization and product delivery measuring adoption customer value and business impact.

Requirements
  • 5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS enterprise software endpoint management IT operations observability cybersecurity or related domains.

  • Proven success owning complex product areas from discovery through launch and adoption.

  • Strong understanding of endpoint telemetry event management audit logging troubleshooting and incident investigation.

  • Familiarity with cloud-scale event-driven architectures APIs search analytics and multi-tenant SaaS platforms.

  • Experience turning customer and operational insights into product strategy roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

  • Strong stakeholder management communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
