Agrana Fruit is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Product Developer to join the Product Development team. This role acts in close collaboration with the Category Salesand Marketing manager. As an active memberinthe New Product Development team the job ownerdemonstratescreativity agility and rigor within the product commercialization process.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for all development and innovations for specific customer accounts. This involves receiving the brief structure of the projectresearch formula development sample submissions risk analysis trial andlaunchesand all customer contact.

Prioritize and manage all product development efforts within the customer team to adequately service our customers.

Comply with the raw material approval process and collaborate with the Procurement Specialist function to guaranteetimelyavailability of raw materials for product brief execution

Collaborate with the Pilot Plant Team (Cooks Unitizer Dispatcher) to ensure the realization of all product samples to be delivered to the customers within the requestedtimeframe

Responsible for deliveringaccurateproduct trial details to and to collaborate with the Commercialization Coordinator to guaranteeaccurateandon-timeset up of factory trials

Collaborate and align with Technical Service for a successful commercialization of new product developments

Ensureaccurateandtimelyreporting of product development activities to key stakeholders

Qualifications

BS in Food Science Food Technology Chemistry Biology

5 years progressive experience in food products or food ingredient development

Knowledge in dairy/yogurt processing stabilization and sensory techniques

Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously

Highly organized with strong time management skills

Problem solving analytical skills

Strong computer skills

Previous SAP experience is a plus
