Senior Product Designer (UX, AI & Automation)

Job Description:

Were looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Smart Apps team and help shape the next generation of enterprise insurance this role youll lead the end-to-end design processfrom discovery and research through launch and iterationcreating intuitive experiences that solve complex business challenges for enterprise users.

Youll partner closely with Product Managers Engineers Product Owners and cross-functional stakeholders to transform ideas into scalable user-centered solutions. This is an opportunity to influence product strategy mentor designers and drive innovation across AI-powered and workflow automation initiatives.

What Youll Do

• Lead the end-to-end product design process including user research journey mapping wireframing prototyping usability testing visual design and implementation support.
• Partner with Product Managers Engineers and Agile teams to design intuitive scalable experiences for enterprise applications.
• Conduct user research and leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to inform product decisions.
• Create interactive prototypes that rapidly validate concepts and improve product-market fit.
• Contribute to and evolve design systems ensuring consistency accessibility and scalability across products.
• Champion human-centered design principles and advocate for best practices in usability and accessibility.
• Mentor and support junior designers through feedback design reviews and collaborative problem-solving.
• Collaborate on innovative initiatives involving AI intelligent automation ServiceNow orchestration and emerging technologies.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders incorporating feedback while maintaining a strong user-centered perspective.
• Continuously measure and improve user experiences through testing analytics and iteration.

• 5 - 7 years of experience in Product Design UX Design or a related discipline.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking and impactful work on enterprise or complex SaaS products.
• Expertise with Figma interactive prototyping user research usability testing and design systems.
• Experience designing data-rich workflow-driven enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies and accessibility standards.
• Experience working within Agile product development teams.
• Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to balance user needs business objectives and technical constraints.

• Experience designing products for insurance financial services healthcare or other highly regulated industries.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience designing AI-assisted workflows automation platforms or intelligent enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar enterprise workflow platforms.
• Experience with Claude Code Figma MCP Server or other AI-assisted design and development tools.
