- Own and lead product design across your squad setting design direction and raising the bar for craft quality and strategic thinking.
- Build for AI agents as first class users. You wont just be designing a compelling experience for human users you will also ensure that the product works exceptionally well for our silicon-based users too!
Integrate AI into every stage of your design workflow leveraging it to accelerate research synthesis automate repetitive tasks and explore high-fidelity prototypes more efficiently.
Listen to our users and customers to understand their needs. Develop a deep understanding of the SDLC and how we can enable developers and AI agents to produce better quality software.
Work closely with other product designers to ensure a cohesive information architecture and a unified experience across the entire product platform.
Align with your product manager on problem definition providing design solutions throughout the end-to-end development stage.
Partner with engineering teams early in the design process to vet technical feasibility and uncover edge cases.
Mentor fellow designers through critique pairing and feedback actively investing in the teams growth and raising collective craft.
Shape and advance the Product Design teams processes tools and collaborative frameworks not just contributing to them but taking genuine ownership of their evolution.
Have the opportunity to work and experiment daily with a variety of AI tools and models doing real work.
Experience organizing complex environments into logical structures and mapping user journeys that minimize friction.
Demonstrated curiosity and practical experience using AI tools to accelerate research ideation and design velocity.
A self-starter mindset with the drive to identify UX gaps and propose structural improvements without being prompted.
Ability to articulate design decisions and the why behind them to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Comfort working in a cross-functional environment where feedback is shared openly and success is a team effort.
Delivery mindset. Your role does not end when the design is handed off.
Track record of driving design strategy and establishing patterns that scale beyond your immediate squad influencing the broader product and design organization.
Familiarity with software development workflows the SDLC or a background in computer science you dont need to write production code but you need to think alongside engineers who do.
Experience designing AI workflows or agent-driven experiences is a strong plus and will meaningfully shorten your onboarding ramp.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is$175000 $250000 USD other benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
