You will shape next-generation enterprise experiences and influence how the organizations AI-enhanced products evolve. You will partner closely with product managers engineers researchers and customer support to deliver measurable business impact. This role is Remote (open to anywhere in the US) and supports a multidisciplinary collaborative work model.

• Conceptualize and develop design solutions that redefine how brands build optimize and personalize experiences.
• Tell compelling design stories through sketches storyboards and high-fidelity mock-ups.
• Design build and test interactive prototypes to support iterative design and user testing.
• Prototype and iterate rapidly using AI-assisted tools and vibe-coding techniques to accelerate workflows.
• Ensure visual language and interaction patterns align with the organizations design system.
• Advocate for users by balancing user requirements client objectives and technical constraints.

• 3 years of proven product design experience building and delivering consumer and/or enterprise products.
• A degree or equivalent experience in a design-related field (HCI interaction visual) or comparable work experience.
• A strong portfolio (resumes must include portfolio).
• Experience working iteratively with an agile engineering and product team and incorporating feedback.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma.
• Experience with prototyping AI-assisted tools (e.g. Cursor or similar).
• Strong interpersonal written and oral communication skills.

$44.89 - $56.11/hour
