Senior Product Designer, Member Experience

Hinge Health is looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape thoughtful intuitive and high-quality experiences for the people who use our products every this role you will design member-facing experiences that help people navigate their health journey with greater confidence clarity and motivation.

As a Senior Product Designer youll collaborate closely with product engineering clinical data and commercial partners to create intuitive user-centered solutions from concept to execution including discovery work interaction and visual design prototyping and validation.

• Design end-to-end member experiences across key product surfaces from early exploration to detailed execution and post-launch iteration.

• Simplify complex health behavior change and program workflows into experiences that feel clear supportive and easy to use.

• Create personalized and habit-forming product experiences that help members stay engaged and make progress over time.

• Partner closely with product managers engineers data scientists researchers and clinicians to shape product direction and deliver meaningful outcomes.

• Use qualitative and quantitative signals to inform design decisions identify opportunities and improve member outcomes.

• Contribute to and extend our design system by creating scalable patterns components and interaction models.

• Champion quality accessibility and inclusive design across the member experience.

• Communicate design rationale clearly through flows prototypes frameworks and storytelling that build alignment across teams.

• An updated portfolio that showcases strong product design craft clear thinking and shipped work with measurable impact.

• 5 years of product design experience including experience partnering closely with product and engineering teams.

• Experience designing and shipping consumer-facing digital products across mobile and/or web platforms.

• Strength in interaction design visual design and systems thinking.

• Experience taking work from ambiguous problem definition through execution and iteration.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to explain decisions and influence cross-functional partners.

• Bachelors degree in Interaction Design Product Design Service Design Human-Computer Interaction or a related field or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience designing products that support behavior change engagement or personalized journeys.

• Experience working in healthcare digital health wellness or other consumer products with meaningful real-world impact.

• Comfort using research insights experimentation and product data to refine the user experience.

• Experience designing across interconnected systems multi-step flows or complex service experiences.

• Proficiency in prototyping to explore concepts communicate motion and interaction and de-risk ideas.

• Experience contributing to design systems and improving product consistency at scale.

• Curiosity about emerging tools including AI-enabled workflows and how they can improve the design process and product experience.

• Passion for helping people live healthier lives through thoughtful design and technology.
