Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Principal Systems Analyst to lead the analysis design and improvement of complex business and technology systems. This role works closely with business stakeholders product teams and technical teams to define requirements optimize processes and ensure that system solutions align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis of business processes system requirements and technical solutions.
• Gather document and validate business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into system specifications and solution designs.
• Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support system implementation testing and deployment activities.
• Identify risks issues and dependencies and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to analysts and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards policies and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science Business or a related field.
• Extensive experience in systems analysis business analysis or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of system development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise applications and large-scale system implementations.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum or other project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of data analysis process modeling and system integration concepts.
